Optibike Classifieds (cl.optibike.com) is a free listing platform provided by Optibike to help our community buy and sell used Optibike electric bikes. This is a marketplace connection service only – Optibike is not a party to any transactions between users.
2. User Responsibilities
Sellers must:
- Only list Optibike brand electric bikes
- Provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and photos
- Complete transactions honestly and as described
Buyers must:
- Communicate directly with sellers
- Inspect bikes before purchase when possible
- Arrange their own payment and shipping
3. Transaction Terms
All sales are between individual users. Optibike:
- Does NOT process payments
- Does NOT handle shipping or delivery
- Does NOT guarantee transactions
- Is NOT responsible for disputes between users
You are responsible for verifying bike condition, authenticity, and ownership before purchase.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Post fraudulent or misleading listings
- List stolen bikes or bikes with unclear ownership
- List non-Optibike bikes
- Harass other users
- Use the platform for spam or unauthorized commercial activity
5. Liability
Optibike provides this platform “as is” with no warranties. We are not liable for:
- Transaction disputes
- Bike condition or authenticity issues
- Lost money or failed transactions
- User conduct or safety
- Any damages arising from use of this service
6. Listing Removal
We reserve the right to remove any listing or ban any user for violating these terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our discretion.
7. Messaging Service
We provide a messaging service to protect your email address. Messages sent through our platform are forwarded to the recipient.
You may choose to share your direct contact information within messages, but we recommend using our messaging service for communications. We are not responsible for the content of messages exchanged between users.
